When will I get my order?

We ship world wide. Our products are made to order. So, it Usually, it takes 3–5 days to fulfill an order, and then we ship it out.

The shipping time when the order is sent out depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 2–5 business days

● International: 5–15 business days

How do I Track my order?

You can track your order 2 ways.

1.  Click the chat bubble on the bottom right of the page and tap track my order and enter the information requested.

2.  You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

NOTE: Tracking numbers can take 24 to 48 hours to work, depending on the shipping service.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 ● If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [contact@justvpositive.com] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong or damaged item, what should I do?

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [contact@justvpositive.com] within 7 days with photos of wrong or damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns & offer refunds. Please see our refund policy for more for information.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We allow one time exchanges for the same Item in a different size, if the item didn't fit right, it has to be within 14 days of the day you received your order.  Shipping will be at your own cost. See refund policy for details and instructions for returns.

Reminder: Check out our sizing charts, measuring guides and care guides, we have them listed for all items in our store.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [contact@justvpositive.com] within 7 Days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new
one, or issue a refund!

Can I Order A Kids Shirt or Hoodie In an Adult Size?

Yes! Of Course! We Can Do That! :)

● Most kids shirt and hoodie designs are also in the adult section where you can order it for a child, in an adult size.

● As far as kid only designs. Those shirts and hoodies have a link to a custom order page, where you can order those designs on an adult size shirt or hoodie.
